Fring “Playgrounds” Update Adds Random Group Chats

Fring is continuing to stretch the boundaries of video communication on the go. The company has long offered mobile applications built to make free voice and video calls over the internet. The company added four way video chat support earlier this year, giving users the option to make video calls with up to three other people.

Fring has added a new feature, Fring Playgrounds, to its mobile app. The new addition allows users to chat with three random, anonymous users.

The concept is that users can browse “Playgrounds” by topic and start talking to other people interested in the same topic.

The latest version of Fring is available from the iTunes App Store and the Android Market free of charge.
